This song reminds me of my character Kevin Keeljoi aka Kilgore who was diagnosed with a neuro-degenerative disease, the treatments gave him the ability to control the will of people by telling them what to do, another thing about him is that he was in a chemical accident that caused his skin to become blue and his eyes orange and a small square on his forehead revealing his brain. With Retsuko Yotsubashi aka The Fusioniser’s death being blamed on Rachel Abiko and her friends they were put in the care of the people at KilTech which is a sanctuary (not really) for metahumans run by a man named Kevin Keeljoi who goes by the name Blue Man because of his blue skin, Rachel was the first to see Keeljoi who asked her with a David Tennant like accent “was this true that you didn’t kill Retsuko”, Rachel felt an odd feeling of confession as she told Keeljoi the truth about the incident in which Retsuko killed himself to frame Rachel and her friends, Keeljoi said “Virus can you take Ms Rachel to the garden with the rest of her friends”, a man wearing a Bane style mask and a hood came behind Rachel which startled her, Kevin said “your probably wondering why he’s called Virus”, Rachel asked why and Keeljoi said “I gave him the nickname of Virus because of his unique and very rare metahuman ability to control technology to any extent”. Rachel was escorted to the garden where a whole crowd of metahuman inmates were sitting in front of a stage where a disheveled man with rotting teeth and a black robe (Victor Flanagan aka Rat Master) was performing a magic show with his albino rat Archimedes, Rachel was more bored than she ever was without Darcy Keronpa aka Darkblaze to keep her company, later that night when she was back in her cell with her food she heard a whisper from the next door cell saying “are you going to eat that, if not can I have it”, Rachel slid her plate out her cell and into the next door cell where almost immediately she heard chomping and squishing, the voice spoke again “in exchange I’ll tell you the truth about this place, Kevin Keeljoi is not who you what think he is and every prisoner here is just another addition to his collection of puppets”, Rachel said with confusion “Puppets?” The voice said “yes puppets”. The next day Rachel looked inside the next door cell and saw no one there, when she asked another inmate who was in that cell the inmate said “the person that was in that cell was Denton Megaro”, Rachel asked who Denton was and the inmate said “okay if I tell you this I didn’t tell you anything is that clear”, Rachel said “okay” and the inmate said “okay Denton Megaro is the only person to have been able to escape this place because of his metahuman ability and mutation which is insectoid mandibles and unbeatable jaw strength which is how he was able to escape was by digging through the ground and out to the edge of the prison”, Rachel asked what he looked like and the inmate said “other than his insect mandibles he has red bug like eyes and blonde hair and pinkish skin”, Rachel said “he sound like Predator and The Fly had a baby”, suddenly the inmate started gasping for air and he fell of his chair as Virus walked over with his eyes as glowing squares, Rachel asked “what is happening to him” and Virus replied “he’s making gossip rumours so I’m teaching him a lesson”, Rachel looked at the inmate’s side and saw an insulin pump for diabetes and Virus said “those new computer controlled insulin pumps are a real life saver, too much insulin though that can be lethal”, the inmate gasped for air until Rachel hit Virus in the back of the head with a chair and reset the inmate’s insulin pump saving his life, suddenly Kevin Keeljoi came into the room followed by Victor Flanagan and the two looked down at Rachel and the unconscious Virus, Rachel was sobbing as she held the unconscious inmate in her arms as she said “Megaro was right about this place” and Kevin furiously said “stand up”, suddenly Rachel stood up against her own will as she immediately understood what Denton meant by “puppets” and that Kevin could control the will of anyone in his vocal range, Kevin said “go with Victor and say nothing else”. Rachel was following Victor through a dark and dirty hallway and entered a solitary confinement cell which was full of starving rats, Rachel suddenly heard a voice in her head and turned around to see Henry Maxwell in his Vecna form, he said “I’m gonna be honest that was pretty ballsy what you did”, Rachel said “I couldn’t just let him die, he told me about someone who could theoretically escape this place”, Vecna replied “let me guess, Denton Megaro aka Megamouth”, Rachel replied “exactly”, Vecna said “just so you know I’m just in your head, I’m not actually here”, suddenly Vecna began to turn into a smoke like gas in Rachel’s mind. In another room Kevin Keeljoi, Victor Flanagan and Virus are performing a kind of messed up surgery on Avery Cerebrum aka The Controller, Kevin said “his armour was made by Anken Dainō, he was a friend of mine”, in solitary confinement Rachel sat in the corner of the cell silently until a hole appeared in the middle of the floor and a figure appeared from the hole, the was no light in the room so it was hard to see but the voice was familiar, Rachel recognised his voice and realised that she was cornered by Denton Megaro who instead of biting her head off held his hand out to her and said “you ready to save your friends because I brought one of mine”, suddenly another figure appeared from the hole but this one had bone like spikes jutting from his body and Denton said “this is my BF Ushinatta Shishino aka Spyke”, Spyke said “Hello” while flashing a grin. The trio left the cell but little did they know that a rat was watching them. Keeljoi was starting to realise that a rebellion was about to go down and he told Virus and Rat Master to find the escapees, Rachel Denton and Spyke fought there way through the facility releasing any inmates that were imprisoned including Darcy Keronpa and Henry Maxwell, Rachel told Henry and Darcy to release the other inmates while she confronted Keeljoi, Rachel reached Keeljoi’s office and found him staring out his large window, he turned around slowly as Rachel flew at him in an attempt to kill him, Keeljoi said “freeze”, suddenly Rachel’s body stopped moving and she was frozen in midair, Keeljoi slowly approached her and said “have you not learned anything since your last lesson”, Rachel said “Keeljoi why are you doing this” and he replied “I always despised that name, call me Kilgore”, Kilgore said “Avery come in here and deal with this young lady”, Rachel looked at the corner of the office and saw Avery Cerebrum aka The Controller but with blue highlights in his cybernetic suit instead of the neon green, Avery used of his mind controlling tendrils and attached it to the base of Rachel’s skull and started assimilating her mind, she screamed in pain as Kilgore watched her, suddenly the doors of his office flew off their hinges as the escaped inmates walked in to take revenge on Kilgore, Kilgore lifted up a bit of his hair covering his forehead revealing an area that reveals his brain, suddenly an illuminated beam projected from his brain and the inmates fell under his control, Kilgore took pleasure in his manipulation and commanded the inmates to sleep while he makes his escape, just as he’s about to reach the door a serrated spike bursts through his shoulder and pulls him backwards revealing Spyke, Kilgore attempts to manipulate Spyke but he is held by the throat preventing him from saying anything, Spyke then extends a spike from the palm of his hand and slowly inches it towards Kilgore’s forehead, when it touches his forehead Spyke forces it through his head impaling his brain
